About the meeting

The meeting will take place in Uppsala from 26th – 28th of August 2026

Join us in Uppsala for an inspiring meeting connecting researchers in in developmental, stem cell, and regeneration biology from the Nordics and beyond!

We aim to create a vibrant and interactive atmosphere that encourages discussion, sparks new collaborations, and showcases exciting research. The programme features keynote lectures from world-leading scientists, invited talks from across Europe, and opportunities for PhD students and postdocs to present their work, receive valuable feedback and build new connections

The conference will be held at Uppsala University’s Humanistic Theatre and is open to everyone who shares our passion for developmental, stem cell, and regeneration biology. Organised by SWEDBO, the Finnish Society for Developmental and Stem Cell Biology (FSDSCB), and colleagues from Norway and Denmark, this event promises to be a dynamic hub for science and community.

The Nordic Developmental Biology Association is dedicated to supporting the next generation of scientists in our community. Arlanda Airport (Stockholm Airport) is located approximately 35 km from Uppsala. There are several convenient transportation options to reach Uppsala:
