The SWEDBO regularly announce travel grants to attend and present data at national and international developmental biology conferences.
Call for autumn 2021 is now open.
SWEDBO is announcing travel grants of 5000 SEK each, to help its members at the postdoctoral and graduate student level to attend courses, meetings or workshops during spring 2022 (Jan 1 – Aug 31) that promote their research and education in Developmental Biology.
The deadline for application is November 15, and a decision for funding will be reached by early December 2021.
Travel grants are available to members of the Swedish Developmental Biology Organization (SWEDBO), and to those that attended the 2020 Nordic online meeting on Development, Stem Cells, and Regeneration, with their research based in a Scandinavian country. If you are not yet a member, you are welcome to join our organization, more information under membership.
To apply for the travel grant please submit the following information as a single pdf document:
(i) A short, one page cover letter explaining why it is particularly important for you to attend the conference/course/workshop.
(ii) A one page CV, including publications.
(iii) A copy of the submitted or planned abstract.
